1 ↑ Ready-for-sending consignments are franked and brandish a barcode (with the sender's franking licence number, from WebStamp, Registered Prepaid or My Mail service 24). The consignments to be dispatched must be posted with a barcode list or a delivery note (the exceptions to this are Prepaid-R and My Post 24).

Larger or heavier consignments are deemed to exist parcels.
